Terms and Conditions

Before commissioning me, note the following:

• I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason.• Nsfw is possible, but let’s discuss about it first.• Please don't ask me to draw in someone else's art style.• I don't work on tight deadlines! If you have a deadline in mind for the commission, ask me about it and I'll let you know if it's possible to fulfill.• When I share a WIP (work in progress) of the commissioned artwork with you, don't hesitate to let me know if there's any details to be fixed. The earlier the chances are done, the better!

Preparing references:

• Please provide visual references of the character when we start discussing the commission. If there are any particularly important details, feel free to mention those separately as well (e.g. scars, tattoos, details in clothing).• If you have a specific idea for your commission (e.g. pose, facial expression, feeling, lighting, background), don't be afraid of letting me know!• For specific ideas, drawing your own sketch (even with just stick figures) is encouraged! It often gives me a better idea of what you're looking for!• You can point out existing artworks of mine, if they have any elements you'd especially like to have in your commission!• Please do not in any circumstance AI generate reference pictures for me to use, or use AI to edit the commission WIPs. Especially the latter may make me cancel the commission altogether.

Commission size, color and delivery:

• Resolution of the commissioned work is usually around the A4 size (2480x3508) and at least 300 DPI. If you want specific resolution, please let me know!• Commission will be delivered in RGB color profile and in PNG file format.
- If you want to print the commission for youself, I will also include a file with CMYK color profile of your choosing in TIFF or JPG file format.• Emotes are in the following resolutions: 28x28, 56x56, 112x112, 128x128 and the original resolution (1140x1140). Custom resolutions are possible!• Emotes are always in RGB color profile and PNG file format.• Finished work will be delivered digitally through e-mail.

Payment and Prices:

• Payment is done via Paypal in Euros.• Commission can be paid in parts, feel free to bring this up when discussing about payment!• When we come to an agreement about the commission, you will receive a paypal invoice.• If the commissioner requests too many or big changes at the final stages of the commission, I have the right to charge extra money per change.

Refunds:

• Refunds can be requested as long as I haven't yet started working on the commission. Once the work is started, a refund can no longer be provided.• If I'm unable to finish your commission, you will receive a full refund.

Artwork usage:

• All commissions and their prices are meant for personal/non-commercial use only. Emotes are an exception, as they are often used on streaming services.• You may not resell or redistribute the commissioned work in exchange for money.• You may not use any part of the commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFTs), or anything related to cryptocurrency or other blockchain-based technologies. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency or blockchains is strictly prohibited.• You may not use my artwork in any type of artificial intelligence (AI) training.• You may not delete/edit out my signature/watermark from the work.• You're allowed to post the commissioned work on your social media, but you have to credit me as the original artist.• I reserve the rights to use commissioned work in my personal portfolio and commission portfolio.• Please let me know if you don't want me to post the commission in my social medias.

Artwork usage for Emotes:

• Commissioned emotes can be used only as emotes, digital stickers and profile pictures.• You can use the emotes for Twitch subscriptions, on Discord, public and private servers, messaging apps and for personal use.• You may not create products or merchandise out of the emotes.• If you want to use the emotes outside their intended use, please contact me first and we can discuss about it.• Please credit me as the Emote artist ”EmBBu” when used on Twitch and public servers.• You may not use any part of the commissioned Emote for non fungible tokens (NFTs), or anything related to cryptocurrency or other blockchain-based technologies. Use of the Emote for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency or blockchains is strictly prohibited.• You may not use my Emotes in any type of artificial intelligence (AI) training.• I reserve the rights to use commissioned emotes in my personal portfolio and commission portfolio.• Please let me know if you don't want me to post the commission in my social medias.
